Post Balance Sheet Events	From the period September 1, 2011 to October 10, 2011 we issued 18,090,652 shares of common stock valued at $277,390 to settle debt of $171,500 and 1,000,000 shares valued at $14,000 for a consulting agreement. On September 21, 2011, we sold for $20,000, an 8% convertible promissory note due September 12, 2012, that allows the holder to convert the loan into shares of our common stock at a 30% discount to the 5-day average closing price of our common stock.
