Due to our reduced staffing and funding levels, our auditor has not been able to complete the audit of our financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2013. Consequently, we have not yet completed our financial statements to be included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.
