Sunrise Telecom Incorporated (the “Company”) is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2009, because it is still in the process of preparing the report. This delay is the result of the Company’s continuing efforts to timely file its periodic reports following the financial restatement that was completed on November 2, 2007. Various periodic reports have been filed since then, including most recently the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008, which was filed on May 4, 2009. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as soon as practicable.
