Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 21, 2018, Empire Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Charles Degliomini from his position as an Executive Vice President of the Company effective as of December 7, 2018. The Company will continue to pay Mr. Degliomini’s base salary payable under his employment agreement with the Company until December 31, 2018. There were no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Degliomini on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
