     On November 9, 2004, Metrocall Holdings, Inc. and Arch Wireless, Inc. issued a joint press release that announced that they have received consent from the Federal Communications Commission for their proposed merger, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
