Nasdaq SmallCap Market Listing

     Alexandria, VA, Tuesday, December 16, 2003 — Metrocall Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MTOH), a leading provider of paging and two-way wireless messaging, today announced that it’s common stock will commence trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market tomorrow, December 17, 2003. Currently Metrocall’s common stock is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board Quotation System (OTCBB) under the ticker symbol “MTOH.” This will remain the symbol for Metrocall’s common stock when traded on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
