COMMITMENTS	NOTE 11 - COMMITMENTS The Company entered into a construction contract in 2024 for the construction of a new CSB facility in Ankeny, Iowa. The Company will pay the contractor a contract price of approximately $42.7 million, subject to certain agreed upon additions and deductions. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had paid $38.4 million of the contract price, resulting in a remaining future commitment of approximately $4.3 million. Construction on this facility is anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. The Company entered into a construction contract in 2025 for the construction of a new corporate headquarters including a new branch facility for QCBT in Bettendorf, Iowa. The Company will pay the contractor a contract price of approximately $66.5 million, subject to certain agreed upon additions and deductions. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had paid $15.6 million of the contract price, resulting in a remaining future commitment of approximately $50.9 million. Construction on this facility is anticipated to be completed in 2027.
