The Company anticipates a net loss of approximately $7.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 compared to $676,915 for the comparable prior year period. The increase in our net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 is primarily due to the operations of Sendio, increased operational levels in general, and increases in stock based compensation costs. Results for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 are preliminary and nature and are subject to further review and adjustment, the results of which could be material.
