Note 10 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to September 30, 2013 we received gross proceeds of $500,000 from accredited investors at a price of $1.00 per unit and issued 500,000 shares of common stock and two-year warrants to purchase 500,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $1.25 per share.
