Fair Value of Financial Instruments	Fair Value of Financial Instruments Financial instruments consist of convertible debentures. The fair value of our convertible debentures is $4,042,397 at March 31, 2013 based on the present value of the future cash flows of the instrument. We used level 3 inputs to measure fair value of this instrument.
