Note 10 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to March 31, 2013 we issued 40,667 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 40,667 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $2.00 per share and received gross proceeds of $61,000 from two accredited investors. Included in this amount is $10,000 received from a member of our board of directors.
