Fair Value of Financial Instruments

Financial instruments consist of cash, payables and accrued liabilities, convertible debentures, and convertible loans payable. The fair value of our cash, receivables, payables and accrued liabilities and loans payable are carried at historical cost; their respective estimated fair values approximate their carrying values.  The fair value of our convertible debentures is $3,882,096 at September 30, 2012 based on the present value of the future cash flows of the instrument.
