Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms "MTM" and the "Company" refer to MTM Technologies, Inc. and, unless the context indicates otherwise, our subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

On July 16, 2007, John F. Kohler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors of the Company, such resignation to be effective July 31, 2007.
