Long-lived Assets by Geographic Areas [Table Text Block] Long-lived assets consist primarily of net property, plant and equipment, goodwill and intangibles. Due to the continued decline of our business, we concluded an interim test of long-lived assets was required. During the nine months ended July 31, 2020, we recorded an asset impairment charge on fixed assets and intangible assets of $109,633 related to a decline in fair value and $2,500 related to equipment not placed in service.
