Related Party Receivables	Related Party Receivables MTD Products Inc. and MTD Holdings LLC are affiliates of Oak Tree Holdings LLC, which is a greater than 5% beneficial owner of the Company's shares of Common Stock. Sales to MTD Products Inc. and its affiliates were $1,643 and $1,857 for the three months ended January 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively. At January 31, 2020 and October 31, 2019, we had related party receivable balances of $1,519 and $1,477, respectively, due from MTD Products Inc. and its affiliates.
