Related Party Receivables	Related Party Receivables MTD Products Inc. and MTD Holdings LLC are affiliates of Oak Tree Holdings LLC, which is a greater than 5% beneficial owner of the Company's shares of Common Stock. Sales to MTD Products Inc. and its affiliates were $2,343 and $4,202 for the three and six months ended April 30, 2019, respectively and $2,224 and $3,266 for the three and six months ended April 30, 2018, respectively. At April 30, 2019 and October 31, 2018, we had related party receivable balances of $2,306 and $996, respectively, due from MTD Products Inc. and its affiliates.
