Common Stock	Common Stock On July 19, 2017, the Company issued 5,250,000 shares of common stock in connection with an equity offering. We raised a total of $40,236, net of underwriting discounts and offering costs of $3,077. The proceeds from the offering were used to repay outstanding indebtedness under the revolving credit facility. The offering was made pursuant to a Shelf Registration Statement, with a proposed maximum aggregate offering price of $175,000.
