Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	Income Taxes The provision for income taxes in the third quarter of fiscal 2014 was an expense of $335 on income before taxes of $8,684 for an effective tax rate of 3.9%. The provision for income taxes in the third quarter of fiscal 2013 was an expense of $2,213 on income before taxes of $7,495 for an effective tax rate of 29.5%. The estimated effective tax rate for the third quarter of fiscal 2014 has decreased compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2013 primarily from additional research and development credits claimed in the aggregate amount of $2,460 on Shiloh’s 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 fiscal year United States corporate income tax returns.
