Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	Asset Impairment and Recoveries Asset recoveries of $1,120 were recorded during the first three months of fiscal 2014 and impairment recoveries of $7 were recorded during the first three months of fiscal 2013 for cash received upon sales of assets from the Company's former Mansfield Blanking facility, which were impaired in fiscal 2010.
