Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related Party Receivables The Company had related party receivable balances for the period ended April 30, 2013 and October 31, 2012 of $3,581 and $536, respectively, due from MTD Products Inc and its affiliates. The increase in the related party receivable balance for the period ended April 30, 2013 is higher due to the seasonality of the business of MTD Products Inc and its affiliates with the majority of the Company's sales occurring during its second and third quarters.
