Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	—Related Party Transactions The Company had sales to MTD Products Inc and its affiliates of $6,590 and $8,308 for fiscal years 2012 and 2011, respectively. At October 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company had receivable balances of $536 and $434, respectively, due from MTD Products Inc and its affiliates, and no amounts were due to MTD Products Inc, at those dates.
