We are writing to you in order to comply with the CNV Rules and the corresponding regulations of ByMA and A3 Mercados.

In this regard, we hereby report that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 13, 2026, accepted the resignation, for strictly personal reasons, of Ms. Andrea Confini as Regular Director for Class D shares.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Committee for Class D shares appointed Mr. Maximiliano D’Alessio as Regular Director for Class D shares, with a term of office lasting until the election of new directors by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
