Ref: YPF S.A. informs of its acquisition of Company shares in the open market (Article 64 and related articles of Law No. 26,831 – Granting of share compensation plans).

Dear Sirs:

The purpose of this letter is to comply with the requirements of Article 23 of Chapter VI of the ByMA Listing Regulations.

In that connection, please be advised that between May 14 and May 17, 2019, YPF S.A. (the “Company”) has acquired 411,623 of its American Depositary Shares (“ADS”) on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), at an average price of US$15.1121 per ADS, for a total amount of US$6,220,491.88.

Please be informed that the Company will not acquire any more shares pursuant to the terms and conditions for its acquisition of Company shares, as informed by the Relevant Fact submitted to the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange on May 9, 2018, as the acquisition of the Company’s shares has concluded.
