Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
     On September 28, 2006, we issued a press release announcing the restoration of production at the Mississippi Canyon 109 Amberjack Platform following repairs and rerouting of the oil pipeline damaged during Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
