Related Parties	RELATED PARTIES During the first nine months of 2012, we obtained legal services from a firm to which one of our board members is of counsel. The cost of services from this firm during the first nine months of 2012 and 2011 was $0.6 million and $0.3 million, respectively. Our board member did not personally provide any legal services to the Company during these periods nor did he benefit directly or indirectly from payments for the services performed by the firm.
