Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 28, 2020, Barrett Business Services, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2020, to all stockholders of record as of March 13, 2020.
