("U.S. Trust"), to a charitable organization toward an outstanding pledge. When the error was discovered by U.S. Trust, the stock had already been sold. The proceeds of the sale were then remitted back to The Dickson Foundation and used to fund cash contributions to other intended donees. The Reporting Person was not notified by U.S. Trust of the error until May 2004.
