Share Repurchases	Share Repurchases At September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, the Company had repurchased a total of 99 and 98 million shares, respectively, of an authorized repurchase of 110 million shares. There were 120 million shares outstanding as of September 30, 2012. The Company expects to continue to offset the dilutive impact of issuing share-based incentive compensation with future share repurchases. The Company may repurchase additional shares, but the timing and amount will depend on market conditions and other factors.
