On 5/20/08, the Compensation Committee approved an amendment to the Restricted Stock Units granted on 1/21/08 to alter the vesting terms to 50% on 3/1/09 and 50% on 3/1/10, however, the Reporting Person elected to extend the vesting of the shares scheduled to vest on 3/1/09 to 02/26/10. Vested shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person following each vest date. No expiration date. The Restricted Stock Units which had an original vest schedule of three increments: (i) 20,000 of the shares vest on 5/20/09, (ii) 42,500 shares vest on 1/29/10 and (iii) 20,000 of the shares vest on 5/20/10. The Reporting Person elected to extend the vesting of the shares schedule to vest on 5/20/09 to 02/26/10. Vested shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person following each vest date. The Restricted Stock Units which had an original vest schedule of four annual increments of 12,500 shares per year beginning on 5/17/2006, however, the Reporting Person elected to extend the vesting of the shares scheduled to vest on 5/17/07, 5/17/08, and 5/17/09 to 2/26/10.
