Commitments and Contingencies

The Company is subject to various claims and legal proceedings covering matters that arise in the ordinary course of its business activities. As of June 30, 2012, management of the Company believes any liability that may ultimately result from the resolution of these matters will not have a material adverse effect on the Company’s consolidated financial position, operating results, or cash flows.
