Eligible employees subject to tax in the Netherlands also must agree to and sign any tax ruling obtained trom the Netherlands tax authorities (confirming the tax neutral aspect of the exchange) in order to exchange your eligible options. Your employer will provide you with a copy of the consent to the ruling once a ruling is obtained. If you withdraw some or all of your eligible option grants from the offer, you may elect to exchange the withdrawn eligible option grants again at an/time before the offer expiration date.
