We provide limited warranties on workmanship on our products in all market segments.  The majority of our products are subject to a limited warranty that ranges between less than one year and ten years, with certain product warranties being prorated after the first year.  We calculate a provision for warranty expense based on past warranty experience.  Warranty accruals are included as a component of other current liabilities and other long-term liabilities on the consolidated balance sheets.
