Fee and other income above includes management fee income from Interstate Properties, a related party, of $192,000and $194,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and $391,000 and $391,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The above table excludes fee income from partially owned entities, which is typically included in “income from partially owned entities” (see Note 8 – Investments in Partially Owned Entities).
