Management and leasing fees include management fees from Interstate Properties, a related party, of $128,000 and $132,000 for the three months ended June 30,2016 and 2015, and $262,000 and $271,000for the six months ended June 30,2016 and 2015, respectively. The above table excludes fee income from partially owned entities, which is included in “income (loss) from partially owned entities” (see Note 7 – Investments in Partially Owned Entities).
