Incentive Compensation	15. Incentive Compensation Our 2010 Omnibus Share Plan (the “Plan”) provides for grants of incentive and non-qualified stock options, restricted stock, restricted Operating Partnership units and Out-Performance Plan awards to certain of our employees and officers. We account for all stock-based compensation in accordance with ASC 718, Compensation – Stock Compensation. Stock-based compensation expense was $20,142,000 and $11,024,000 in the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
