(1)The three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 includes a $19,500 termination fee income from a tenant at 1290 Avenue of the Americas. The nine months ended September 30, 2013 also includes $59,599 of income pursuant to a settlement agreement with Stop & Shop.

Management and leasing fees include management fees from Interstate Properties, a related party, of $132,000 and $134,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and $397,000 and $467,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. The above table excludes fee income from partially owned entities, which is typically included in “(loss) income from partially owned entities” (see Note 8Investments in Partially Owned Entities).
