Fee and other income above includes management fee income from Interstate Properties, a related party, of $199,000and $197,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The above table excludes management fee income from Alexander's and Toys, among others, which is included in income from partially owned entities (see Note 6 – Investments in Partially Owned Entities).
