RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had no related party transactions during 2014 or 2013. In the second quarter of 2012, the Company paid $120,000 of stockholder expense as a return of capital recorded through equity. Additionally, we reclassified $977,000 that was previously recorded as a receivable from a stockholder as a return of capital recorded through equity.
