        On February 8, 2007, Riviera Holdings Corporation ("Riviera") (Amex:RIV)
announced through a press release that in conjunction with the release of
Riviera's fourth quarter financial results, Riviera will hold a conference call
on Friday, March 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. EDT (the "Conference Call"). A copy
of the release is included in Exhibit 99 hereto.


        The information in this Form 8-K and Exhibit 99 hereto shall not be
