Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company earned property management fees, construction, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated affiliates totaling $0.06 million for each of the three months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and $0.25 million and $0.10 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
