Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events During January 2015, Fund IV completed the acquisition of 1035 Third Avenue in Manhattan, New York, for a purchase price of $51.0 million. During January 2015, Fund III completed the disposition of Lincoln Park Centre in Chicago, Illinois, for a sales price of $64.0 million.
