Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company earned property management, construction, development, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated partnerships totaling $0.2 million, $0.1 million and $0.8 million for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $0.1 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012. The consulting agreement was terminated as of December 31, 2013 and no such fees were incurred for the year ended December 31, 2014.
