Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company earned property management fees, construction, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated affiliates totaling $0.01 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $25,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2013. The consulting agreement was terminated as of December 31, 2013.
