Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company earned property management, construction development, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated partnerships totaling $0.1 million, $0.8 million and $1.0 million for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $0.1 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011.
