Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During July 2013, the Company completed the acquisition of 3200-3204 M Street in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., a Core Portfolio property for a purchase price of $11.8 million. As of June 30, 2013, one of the properties within the Opportunity Funds was under contract for sale (Note 4). During July, the contract expired. The property continues to be marketed for sale.
