Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company earned property management fees, legal and leasing fees from its investments in unconsolidated affiliates totaling $0.01 million and $0.3 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Related party receivables due from unconsolidated affiliates totaled $1.1 million at March 31, 2013 and $0.2 million at December 31, 2012. Lee Wielansky, the Lead Trustee of the Company, was paid a consulting fee of $25,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
