INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe Company’s effective tax rate for the six months ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 was 22.6% and 24.8%, respectively. During the six months ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, the effective tax rate is based on the statutory federal tax rate of 21% as well as an approximated state income tax rate net of the federal benefit.
