Luxembourg – November 23, 2011 – Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) (“the Company”) today announces its intention to publish its Full Year 2011 and quarterly financial results for 2012 on the following dates:


Q4 2011 and Full Year 2011 Results

Q2 2012 Results
August 9, 2012
Q3 2012 Results
November 19, 2012


The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in Luxembourg on Friday June 22, 2012.
