Subsea 7 S.A. 2011 Annual General Meeting Notification

Luxembourg – April 11, 2011 – Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) (the “Company”) announced today the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday May 27, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. (local time) at the Company’s registered office, 412F, route d’Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday April 14, 2011 will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
