ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

 

As a result of an assessment of its organizational structure, Sanmina Corporation (the “Company”) has determined it will eliminate the position of Chief Business Officer and assign the responsibilities of this position to other executives of the Company.  As a result, Gerry Fay, Chief Business Officer of the Company, will cease to be employed by the Company on or about September 28, 2018. The elimination of Mr. Fay’s position was not a result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Fay on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
